Just like you review the guiding principles and documents that govern your business, from time to time, it is important to review the materials that govern our organization.
Over the past year, the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA Board of Directors has undertaken a comprehensive review of our chapter’s bylaws, policies and procedures, and best practices. The Board of Directors is confident that the revised bylaws ensure that our chapter is compliant with all state and federal regulations; provide appropriate risk management controls and protocols; and make certain that our chapter’s board, its committees and programs will be able to provide the best benefits to our membership.
The revised bylaws have been drafted by our chapter’s counsel, Jordan Blask of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. and have been reviewed extensively by the chapter executive and our board of directors. The board of directors is excited and eager to recommend adoption of these new bylaws by our membership.
In the near future, we’ll be reaching out to a representative from each member company to vote on the new bylaws, but first, we wanted each member to have the opportunity to review the document. Please click on the link below and take a moment to review the revised bylaws.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns you may reach our chapter executive, Ed Sikora at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at: 724.601.6008.
Thank you for your thoughtful consideration and, as always, thank you for your membership in the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA.
